This policy explains what information Naasre collects, why it is used and how optional cookies are controlled.

Accounts, businesses and project information

When you send a project enquiry, contact us or speak with us about work, we use the details you provide to understand the request, respond, prepare a scope and manage the working relationship. This includes account identity and sign-in records; business name, country, address and contact details; and project needs, timing and budget information. Website briefs, chat messages, uploaded references and support requests are also stored when you submit them. Provide only information needed for the work; do not include passwords or full payment-card details in messages.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to you, assess whether Naasre can help, prepare and deliver agreed work, keep appropriate business records, protect the website and meet legal obligations. We do not sell project enquiry information.

Who may process it

Naasre may use carefully selected hosting, communication and project-delivery providers where they are needed to operate the website or provide an agreed service. Relevant service providers may process account, project or transaction information needed for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, accounting or an integration you connect. The providers involved depend on your enabled services and region. External services also have their own privacy terms; connecting one does not give it unrestricted access to every business record.

Your customers and bookings

When a business uses Naasre to manage its website, customer records can include names, contact details, addresses, imported profile fields, bookings, purchased services, payment references and outstanding balances. Uploaded customer files and configured profile fields can contain additional information supplied by that business. Booking reminders use the customer contact details and timing configured for the service.

The business decides why it collects customer information and must explain that collection in its own customer-facing privacy notice, obtain any required permissions and provide accurate records. Importing a customer list does not establish permission to send marketing. Customers should contact the business they booked or purchased from first; contact Naasre for concerns about our handling of the platform data.

Booking confirmations, reminders and service messages serve the transaction. Marketing campaigns require a separate lawful basis and any consent or opt-out required in the customer’s region. The business must honour those choices when using its customer directory.

Payments and connected services

Payment applications collect the legal business name, country, business type, authorised contact, bank details and supporting documents requested for review. Bank details and submitted documents are encrypted by the application and restricted to authorised review access. Transaction references, amounts, statuses, invoices and payment history support reconciliation and refunds. The payment partner may independently collect checkout and verification information under its own terms. See the payment onboarding terms and regional payment arrangements.

Connecting Google, Microsoft or accounting services authorises the access shown during connection. Related access credentials and integration settings support that connection. Calendar subscription links are private access links: anyone with the URL may read the published booking feed, so do not publish it. Disconnecting a service stops that connection; it does not remove records already copied into the external service.

Regions, retention and account closure

Naasre serves businesses internationally. Information may be handled in a different country by the hosting, communications, payment or connected-service providers involved in your account. Your selected currency does not identify the country where information is stored. Ask Naasre for the processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your service before submitting information with specific residency requirements.

Records are retained for the service relationship and for applicable accounting, dispute, security and legal obligations. There is no single retention period for every record or country. Account deletion removes or anonymises personal account details according to the account closure process; financial and audit records required for those obligations may remain. Pausing an account stops account access and does not cancel billing or stop the business website. Read account closure and service cancellation and the subscription cancellation policy before choosing an action.

Rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information depend on the applicable law and the type of record. You can raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority in your region where that right applies. Naasre may need to verify your identity or authority to act for a business before disclosing or changing records.

Trustpilot reviews and cookies

Naasre may display a live Trustpilot review widget or invite a real customer to review completed work. The Trustpilot widget is optional and does not load until you choose Accept all cookies.

If enabled, Trustpilot may place or read third-party cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, device, browser and how you interact with its service. Trustpilot controls that processing under its own privacy and cookie terms.

If Naasre uses Trustpilot to invite you after completed work, the information needed for that invitation may include your name, email address and a project or reference number. Naasre remains responsible for the invitation data it provides. An enquiry alone is not treated as a completed customer experience.

Your choices and questions

You can ask Naasre what information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. Requests may be limited where records must be kept for legal, security or contractual reasons.

For questions about Trustpilot's own processing, contact [email protected].
