Refund and cancellation policy.
Effective 15 September 2026
How Naasre handles subscription cancellations, project refunds, payment errors and approved costs.
Payments covered by this policy
This policy covers money paid to Naasre through its available payment methods for project deposits and invoices, Core, Growth or Pro subscriptions, website development instalments and paid change requests.
Every Naasre plan includes the managed website, hosting, maintenance, updates, dashboard, online store and payments. Business tools are included up to the allowance of the selected plan. A plan change or separately approved third-party cost is shown before it is charged.
Payments made by your customers on your website through your business’s payment processing arrangement are not Naasre subscription payments. Those refunds are managed by your business under the refund policy you give your customers.
Cancelling or changing a Naasre plan
Open Plan & billing in your Naasre dashboard and choose Manage plan to upgrade, downgrade or cancel subscription renewal. For a project instalment agreement, a billing dispute or an account you cannot access, contact [email protected] and include the business and payment reference.
The dashboard records cancelled renewal and the remaining access period. Cancelling renewal stops future subscription renewal; it does not automatically refund earlier payments. The service normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for. The timing and cost of a plan change are shown before you confirm it.
If your accepted agreement includes a fixed term or notice period, those terms also apply. They do not replace any cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds for subscription charges
Naasre will correct a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or a charge taken after the cancellation date confirmed by Naasre.
A current billing period is not automatically refunded because the dashboard, website or included tools were not used. If an included service was not supplied or was materially defective, tell us what failed. Naasre will try to correct the service first where that is reasonable. If it cannot be corrected, we will assess a full or proportionate refund for the affected part of the service.
Project deposits, invoices and paid changes
A project payment reserves work and funds the scope or change request you approved. If you cancel before work begins, Naasre will refund the payment after deducting any approved cost that has already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
If work has started, Naasre will show the value of completed work, accepted milestones and approved non-recoverable costs. Any amount left after that calculation will be refunded. Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable only because the client later changes direction, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Domains, licences and other approved costs
Domain registrations, hosting bought for a fixed period, software licences, advertising spend and other external services may become non-refundable once purchased or activated. Naasre will identify these costs in the proposal, dashboard approval or written request before purchase where practical.
If a third-party provider returns a cost to Naasre, that amount will be included in the refund due to you. A cost the provider does not return will only be deducted where the accepted terms and applicable law allow it.
Request, decision and payment
Use Requests & Support in your dashboard or email [email protected]. Include the business or account name, invoice or payment reference, amount and reason for the request. Do not send full card or banking details.
Naasre will check the payment, the cancellation record, the service supplied and any approved costs. We aim to send a written decision within five business days. The decision will state whether the refund is full, partial or declined and explain the calculation.
An approved refund is submitted against the original transaction through the payment partner used for that payment. Availability and processing times can vary by region, provider and payment method. Naasre will communicate the expected timing when the refund is approved; your bank may take additional time to credit the account.
Request a refund or report a payment problem.
Use your dashboard so the request stays with your account, or email us with the payment reference.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.
