Services & bookings

Create a service

1. Open Bookings, then Services.
2. Add the service name, category, price and duration.
3. Set the gap after the appointment before another booking can start.
4. Save the service and configure Booking preferences.

Set availability

1. Open Availability and check the business timezone.
2. Set the days and time windows customers can book.
3. Add date-specific changes or unavailable periods.
4. Review the calendar after changing hours.

Appointments

Use Calendar to manage appointments. Rescheduling must use an available slot; cancellations release the appointment. Service duration and the configured gap affect available times.

Bookings on your website

Naasre connects the website to the business’s service catalogue and booking system. Customers choose a service and available time on the website; the booking belongs to that business in the dashboard. Website integration credentials are handled during setup, not pasted into customer forms.

Booking payments

Booking preferences, Balances and Promotions cover the service’s checkout rules, outstanding amounts and discounts. Payment setup must be approved before the business can receive online payments.
