Google & Microsoft
Connect accounts and use their tools inside the Naasre dashboard.
Connect the right account
Open Connected tools and connect Google or Microsoft when prompted. Sign-in to Naasre and authorising cloud tools are different operations. Choose the account that owns the calendar, property or files you need and review the requested permissions.
Google tools
Calendar works with appointments and calendars. Analytics requires an accessible Analytics property; Search Console requires access to the website’s Search Console property. Business Profile requires access to the relevant business profile. Connecting an account does not create access to properties it does not own.
Microsoft tools
Connected tools includes Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and Excel. Availability depends on the connected Microsoft account, permissions and any organisation policies or licences.
Spreadsheets & files
Use Google Sheets or Excel to create a spreadsheet and work with its cells. Save Google files to the connected Google cloud and Excel files to OneDrive. Open files the account and granted permissions allow. If a filename already exists, choose another name; Excel creation should not overwrite an existing file.
Access errors
Check the selected cloud account, granted permissions and access to the specific property, calendar or file. Reconnect if consent has changed. If the error remains, send the tool name and error through Requests & Support—never its access token.
